Restore First Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Cypress, TX mobile wound care practice. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, staff engagement, and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily practice operations, including staffing, patient flow, resource management, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve access, quality, revenue, and expense management.
  • Support providers with onboarding, scheduling, reimbursement, and ongoing needs.
  • Develop and manage operational and capital budgets, including variance reporting and corrective action plans.
  • Manage revenue cycle processes, including charge capture, collections, coding, and denial monitoring.
  • Ensure processes support seamless patient throughput and financial stability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, while communicating progress toward key performance indicators.
  • Address ethical, strategic, and operational challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Lead administrative activities such as policy implementation, reporting, and correspondence.
  • Evaluate and recommend opportunities for business development and practice expansion.
  • Direct all aspects of expansion projects and new initiatives.
  • Promote professional growth and development for staff through mentoring and ongoing education.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Health Information Management preferred.
  • Equivalent healthcare management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of healthcare management experience required.

  • Effective communicator with a talent for building relationships at all levels of an organization.
