Restore First Health is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position reporting to the Vice President of Brand Marketing & Corporate Communications. The Marketing Specialist will work remotely with occasional travel to our practices throughout the US. We are rapidly growing and currently have practices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Florida, Kansas, Texas, and Colorado.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Restore First Health's services and increase brand awareness.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and websites.
Assist in developing and maintaining marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and online content.
Utilize various design platforms to create new digital content.
Maintain and assist in development of content calendar.
Analyze, track and prepare marketing data and metrics to track campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Restore First Health remains competitive in the market.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Partner with Talent and Operations leaders on employer branding and marketing Restore First Health as an employer of choice.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and design.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Creative thinker with a passion for healthcare marketing.
